Ninela Ivanova is a fashion and textiles practitioner, and a design researcher, currently based in the Design for Body & Material Research Centre at Kingston University London.  Her PhD project, co-supervised by design and science academics, is positioned within a contemporary filed of fashion and textiles inquiry, which is being redefined by advances in science and technology.  The main focus of the research has been the development of a practice-led approach to further the understanding of challenging concepts intersecting fashion material, sensory experiences and the human body.
